Eat tons of carrots and cucumbers with a bucket full of thick yoghurt with spices such as black pepper, chilli pepper, lemon juice and loads of salt. Mmm that's what I call healthy living.
Ps. we certainly did finish it all so I am contemplating on HOW healthy this really was. Time for the gym now fellow blog followers. We do not want this to show up as a surprise on our body.
Ps2. We watched Lars von Trier's supposedly masterpiece Antichrist. Not nice, not nice, but definitely a masterpiece.
